Remembering September 11th, 2001
(Photo from the National Park Service)
Hi folks, forgive me for a moment but this needs to be said.
Today, we should all take a moment, just one minute to consider what happened that fateful day of September 11th, 2001.
When certain individuals, with no care for human life and family in general, took it upon themselves to end the lives of so many innocent people. Mothers, Fathers, Daughters, Sons, Aunt's, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Grandmothers and Grandfathers all lost their lives, all because of what? Certain individuals insane and inhumane religious beliefs.
Sometimes, it is all too easy to forget what has gone before, but I for one can never forget that day and the images we all saw on computers or T.V. screens. We all went through shock and horror, in seeing what we saw and disbelief above everything else.
So please today, just take a moment of silence and give thanks for what you have yourself, while families of those thousands today remember someone that they lost on September 11th, 2001.
My thoughts and prayers go out to those families today and always.
Thank you.
